Postage & Delivery within Australia

How much?

  • Postage rates are based on prevailing Australian Post rates and calculated at checkout
  • We use the prepaid Parcel Post satchels and dependant on your purchases the postage costs will be per the following guidelines:-
    • Small satchel $8.25 – holds up to 0.5kg
    • Medium satchel $13.40 – holds up to 3.0kg
    • Large satchel $16.70 – holds up to 5.0kg
  • The most appropriately sized satchel and postage cost thereof, to safely deliver your purchases, will be indicated at checkout.

How long?

  • Orders will be despatched within 2 - 3 business days after payment has been received.
  • Delivery is usually within 2-3 business days in metropolitan areas, however if you are located in a country area or in WA and NT, delivery times could vary between 5 - 7 business days.


Payments

Mojo Kids utilises the PayPal payment gateway to process all purchases as it is an easy to use, simple payment method which offers maximum security.

  • Your personal financial details and information are not shared with us.
  • Paypal uses the industry’s most secure data encryption technologies and storing information on physically secure servers that are not connected directly to the Internet.
  • There is no additional cost to you and you do not need a PayPal account.
  • Payments can be made using your MasterCard or Visa credit cards or if you are an existing PayPal account holder you may choose to use your personal PayPal account.

Incorrect size selections:

  • Kindly email us within 7 days of receipt of goods the reason for an exchange and we will gladly replace with another size or alternate garments.
  • Once your exchange selection has been made the difference in costs will be calculated (including postage and delivery) for additional payment or credit. On receipt of this and the return of the original order, we will despatch the exchanged goods.
  • Cost of postage of return goods unfortunately cannot be borne by Mojo Kids.

Oops, did we make a mistake?

In the unlikely event that a faulty garment has been sent to you or if we were not paying attention when despatching out an order and sent you the incorrect item, we offer our sincerest apologies and will exchange it at no cost to you.



Refunds & Exchanges

We pride ourselves in providing quality products backed up by customer service. We understand that on occasions the items purchased may not be suitable or that you have simply changed your mind; as such we are happy to accept refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

Refunds and exchanges will be made on:

  • Any full priced item, in their original condition, with all tags in place and that have not been worn or washed.
  • You advise us by email or our Contact Form on the reason for a refund.
  • The items are received by Mojo Kids, with a copy of the invoice, within 14 days of when payment was received.
  • We will credit your original payment method, excluding the postage and delivery cost.

  • We will send you a pre-paid satchel to return the goods to Mojo Kids.
  • Following receipt of goods we will post the corrected order at no charge.

Mojo Kids reserves the right to not accept refunds or exchanges if the garments are not in their original condition, tags are missing and have been worn or washed.

We will not:

  • Share your information with third parties
  • Publicise your name, address or e-mail address

We will maintain your information for the following purposes:

  • Enhancing the website experience
  • Marketing and promotions
  • Research and analysis
  • Invitations to events
  • Improving and managing customer relationships

We may on occasion seek prior approval to publish names of competition winners.
